focusing after reading

I am having a problem focusing after reading or on computer, I am panicking.

I have been having the same problem, especially in my right eye which is somewhat always a little blurred at anything past a few feet. I think that when you read or use the computer for a long time the muscles get tight in that position and they get stiff. I have heard that holding a pencil up at about 2 ft from the eyes and focusing on that, then a distant object, then the pencil again. Doing this helps relax the muscles and lets them work again better.

I have been studying for the past two years and was reading a lot on a screen. I didn't have issues before then so assume it was because of that (I hope).

Hi .when my eyes are tired it is worse, when i look at a hill in the distance it seems to have an extra top over it.when my eyes are rested it is fine.
so not sure whether I should worry about it .I tend to panic with eye trouble.
