should your temp go up if you panic or worried because my temp is slightly high and im really worried and tbh im petrified of what is going on :weep:

Your temp can change at any time. The textbook 'normal' is 37, and anything down to 35.5 is ok and anything up to about 37.5, anything above needs paracetamol, and if it doesn't come down, but keeps going up then GP time -probably a minor infection. But your temp with change after drinking a hot drink. It fluctuates all day long. But you may get a temp before a panic attack-It can do very strange things to you , but i find it unlikely

Its likely that because you are in panic state, your bp goes up slightly and that can contribute to a slight raised temp. Its harmless. Try to calm down, this is not dangerous.
