I think it was due to the pillows I was using even though they were memory foam and designed to keep your posture perfect as you slept.
I've changed pillows but the pains really bugging me, a bad dull aching back I'm used to but this is more of a sharp pain, I've been putting a heat spray thing on but it doesn't seem to help, I'd take some other pain killers buti can't for drinking hot lemon drinks for my cold :huh:
I stupidly googled it thinking surely nothing bad can come up then I read pain under the shoulder blade can be a sign if stomach or chest problems :ohmy:
I'm sure it's not so serious but I'm worried now and it's bad enough trying to sleep at night without that hurting as well.
Do we think it could just be a pulled muscle or something? :wacko:
