Just a quick question.....

Does anyone know what the causes of sweet smelling stools is ?? I was told by the doctor if I was bleeding internally (which I think constantly) my stools would be black and really sweet smelling !!

I've just been to the toilet but it wasn't black just smelt sweet ?? Has anyone else had this ??

I guess it will be effected by what you eat as well.

I have never had sweet smelling ones though lol
