Reassurance needed please x

I have a slight cold at the moment and this seems to make my panic attacks worse when i go out, the feelings and sensations seem alot more intense, like the unreal feeling i get and the dizzy spells.
I am going to attempt to go to my hairdressers this afternoon which is also a friend and it is 30 minutes away from my home, which is a real big challenge and im really scared!!!! Im going to do it anyway but just looking for some reassurance.:wacko:

You'll be fine. Youre going to be with your friend, who understands whats going on if you do start to get a bit panicky. Try to focus on the new hair do you'll have afterwards!
