advice on Venaflaxine?

Hi, can anyone tell me anything good about taking Venaflaxine?
Have been taking for a couple months and orignally made a huge difference to my mood, seems to have worn off a bit lately and ive taken a dip.
Im currently taking 75mg, should I increase the dosage to 150mg?
Seems a huge amount, as I dont suffer from anxiety or pannic attacks, just get down and dont seem to cope with my busy life and family?
Help Please ???
