Well Im new here. I am recently suffering from really bad panic thinking Im dying I think I have health anxiety I cant stop looking on the internet at what I might have? I have a bad tummy bug at the moment and all i can think is I have cancer!
I wassn't always this worried about my health but recently Ive been very very stressed.
I also suffer from social anxiety and have had that pretty much all my life...I abused drugs and alcohol for a time to help me socialise but it ended badly so I stoped doing that!! Im generally happy but anxiety and fear can crumble me up at times, and I guess its just nice to know Im not alone :) I hope everyone on here is keeping well x
