Hey guys I am wondering if any of you experience muscle tension severely... I mean like borderline stiffness. I have had some incident ere my anxiety is so high that my left side contracts and my arms stiffens and cant move and then it goes away last for like 2 seconds when my anxiety peaks...never had these before been getting these symptoms lately. Is there a name for these things? Also when I get all tense it seems like I get "stuck" in whatever im doing and I feel like im gonna pass out feel like I get a brief moment of depersonalization and derealization its scary and does shake my quite a bit. Im posting this so some of yo u can shed some light on me...so far I am the only one whos had this...
