Just took a combination of the two, feeling the after effects 4 hours later of an anxiety attack (I dont think I get panic attacks in the common sense, but occasional sudden anxiety triggered by specific things, then when I'm calm the thinsg still play on my mind). Less than 20 minutes later and my body is feeling calmer, not sure which remedy has helped as took both pretty much together as thought the Mimulus may ease the longer term anxiety now my initial anxiety attack has subsided into an anxious feeling. Just wanted to share, thoughts are still there, but with the school of thought about feelings, behaviour and thoughts (http://www.cbt-edinburgh.co.uk/cbt_diag.jpg), if I can lose the physical reaction then the thought can go away as my behaviour improves...hope that makes sense:scared15:
