hi every one i found this website and thought well why not as i find it helps talking to people who have been through same situation . I am currently off work with anxiety (two weeks) on venlafaxine, propananol and fluanoxil. My mood has improved but im very up and down. anyone else had experience of these drugs, also having cbh therapy which is giving me good ideas but not convinced at the mo . want to get back to work but at the mo the thought terrifies me my anxiety started at work why i dont know had previously loved my job. now have anxiety in all situations been there before but feel so alone x
