Can anxiety/panic attacks everyday effect your heart????

What tends to happen though is the things people do to cope with the anxiety that does effect the heart - e.g. eat more, smoke more, drink more alcohol.
There is no evidence to suggest that panic directly effects the heart though
it gos a bit faster in a panic but thats all

When you exercise, your heart rate increases so it is not harming it doing that is it?

i used to be a squaddie and did tabs and runs and non stop physical all the time and its just same when you have a panic really your body still going through same hardship x that's the way I'm looking at it any way lol x x
