still got this itchy crawley skin like something under my skin its horrible. I posted yesterday it actually felt like my throat was itchy and it went down to my windpipe. Really weird.

Hi, has it ever happened to you before? I know that when I get nervous about something, I will scratch. Are you coming down from drugs or alcohol? When did it start? Trouble swallowing?

no dont have trouble swallowing. have had it few times over the past ten years. It last up to an 10mins / few secs perhaps once or twice a day for a two three days. Then might not have it for months. Found mostly happens when im due for a period. Can also get it when anxious or stressed.
