palpitations, again

hi all,
just looking for reassurance. cant complain really have been doing so well recently. but tonight i am getting really strong palpitations, can feel them in my throat. i know this is probably due to the fact ive had quite a lot of chocolate today. just feeling really scared. im trying to keep calm. going to have a bath in a minute i think. just wanna know im not alone. x

not alone at all i get them in my throat all the time really strong. sounds silly but kinda expect them on a night now. be strange with out them lol

thanks :) i just cant get over the fact that they're harmless. they're so unpleasant! feel like my heart's gonna beat out my chest! x
