Hello Everyone,
i feel as if i've been a bit selfish lately, i havnt had my anxiety attacks for quite a long time and have been feeling i've neglected you all, as you have all had time for me when i was at my lowest so i shall be repaying the favour for all those new and old, i love the new look of the site well done nic and others,
hoping to meet lots of new friends and see if i can be there for them in anyway.
