pain if the neck

i have pain if I press on my left nipple it goes in to my armpit and up the side of my neck. I do have a cold I am wondering if this could be the cause of all this

It's wise to have any change in feeling of your breasts checked by your Doc or practise nurse. However, as you say the pain radiates up your neck, it sounds like you may have strained yourself. Are you wearing a good supportive bra?
