My main symptom that really scares me is tight chest, feeling like your suffocatiing and hyperventilation.
Does anyone else suffer with this. Doctor has prescribed propranolol and wondering if this really does help with this symptom. I tried one pill about 8 weeks ago and felt awful so did not take again. Do you need to give these pills time to work??
I am one week into taking Sertraline so anxiety symptoms are higher than usual so am taking diazepam. Would propranolol be better.
Would love to hear peoples experiences....
