Hi All,
I've just had a weird pressure type feeling in centre of my chest. Not had anything like it before. It only lasted about 10 seconds but has already sent me into a mad panic. Has anyone had anything similar? Hard to describe really but was like I could feel a sharp burst of air inside me or a strange pressure feeling pressing on centre of my chest.
Has anyone experienced this?
Once again a physical symptom has sent me into mad panic and ruined my day. Had ecg back in September. Do you think I should be worried or just dismiss as anxiety?
