last friday evening i had a horrendous nights sleep, woke up feeling like i had the flu, then realised i hadnt taken my exeffor/veneflaxine the morning before ! these tablets are working wonders for me at the moment except since imissed the dose, my anxiety has been coming and going all day and im having a lot of intrusive thoughts that really frighten me. ust wondered if any1 else has had this experience with the meds..:unsure:

i have , but what i did was put my meds beside my tooth brush so id take them and not forget every morning. how you are feeling better:hugs:
