Hi everyone x
Having a bad few days with feeling poorly. I am currently taking 20mg cit, pill and 3 lots of oasis sachet things for cystitis. Now I'm coming down with flu and my tonsils and head are hurting soooo bad. Think I might have tonsilitus as White spots on throat bleh :( anyway iv just had a little sleep but woke up and my head hurts sooo much, do u think it would be ok to take some nurofen or paracetemol? Feel like I'm abusing my body with all the different meds ATM! X
