Hi all
I finished with my psycologist in jan needing to go it alone with the new tools i had - that was scary for a week but a really good step

next step now started is weaning off escitalopram - only 10mg but i don't want to upset anything so will do it down 2.5mg every 2 weeks and see how it goes - i'll be boosting my vit C , Bs, niacin EPA (an omega 3) and magnesium which i think have been more of a help than the anti-d - check out optimum nutrition for the mind by patrick holford - has been a turning point for me

wish me luck - will let you know

Hi jos

Are you doing this with the advice and support of your doctor?

Make sure you taper down very slowly to avoid withdrawal effects.
