Hello not been on for a while, but i like to pop back sometimes

Hi There everyone, I not been on for awhile and i not as regular as i used to be, but i still like to come on from time to time.

I not doing to bad, i have my up and down days with anxiety/panic etc but i try to keep busy and do lots of walking and hope it passes, sometimes its easier than others.

Anyway i just wanted to send the oldies and newby's some big hugs
