Constipation !!

I have been suffering from this and its driving me mad straning going to the loo the feeling of not been able to empty preasure in the bottom its horrible any sugestions.

I have been passing blood while straining and its so sore after :blush:

Ive been having probs with a fissure off/on for about 8 weeks. It heals, fine for up to a week and then a harder BM or straining can start it off again.
Few weeks ago I couldnt go to toilet at usual time I do and that put my system out . With the straining I had couple drops blood which freaked me out until a few people told me that it was the straining and pressure on veins etc that causes it.
Its easy to get really tense when you are constipated making further trips to the toilet even more uncomfortable. I found a handful of Sultanas each day and plenty of liquids keeps me regular.

Thanks for replying,i went this morning and it was so painful :ohmy: i feel like i don't want to go again its so painful,now my bottom is very sore :blush:
