Plymouth/South Devon meet up

I would be interested in a meet up at some point. I struggle to do such things but it would help to learn how to handle social situations and also just to talk to others who are suffering with the same thing as me.

Hi,

I am from Plymouth and would be willing to meet up for a yap/discussion maybe it would benefit us all!!.
I am 34 years old and have my own business, a few months back due to the huge stresses I am under I nearly had a nervous breakdown. The result of this is that I now seem to suffer anxiety. The funny thing is that now my eyes have been opened to this I think maybe I have been suffering most of my life with mild anxiety and havent even realised it.

Just found this link to South Devon - I'm from Torquay. Going through a rough time with anxiety and starting meds, up to two weeks ago I was working and thought I was OK:shrug:
