hi peeps, its been quite afew time since i felt it, but yesterday it came back, anxiety, i think i know what trigered it, i being a soldier in malta and the libya situation , although there is nothing really to worry about, my levels of anxiety were up to the ceiling!!:ohmy: now i m ok, well, i think:shades:. maybe it was a bleep...i am still on cipralex 10mg, they helped me a lot. well...just want to take it off my stomach , it a releif knowing there are people who read this and understand my feelings
