Pressure in upper stomach

Have anyone else get the pressure in upper stomach, its not pain, just feels full and bloated and have this pressure

hi,
i get this too.....but mine is down to ibs more than anything. i dont take any medication for my ibs, but i find either camomile tea or anthing pepperminty helps soothe the discomfort. saying that if u r particulary anxious at the moment this can cause tummy issues.

I get it yeah. I find a cup of hot water helps me burp a bit and makes it go away.

When i get that pressure, i sometimes feel like its hard to breath, did u get the same feelings?

yes i do.....hard to breathe, i also feel sick sometimes 2 when the pressure is intense.

Yeah, its the muscles tightening due to stress. Scary though!
