Bloating

Hi guys,

I have a question and it's not something I'm panicking about or even anxious about really but just wanted to compare your experiences with mine.

Just before my period my IBS gets a lot worse, which I understand is quite often the case. The last 3 months I've been getting really bloated around this time, but only after eating. I always thought people who suffered with IBS had bloating all of the time? Mine's especially bad after my evening meal (which I have fairly early at 5.30ish) and last night my stomach was the biggest I've ever seen it, apart from when I was pregnant and so uncomfortable! By the morning it's back to normal again until lunch time when the bloating starts again. The bloating stops after my period finishes.

Is this the same for you, or are you bloated all the time?
