Hi all, thort id give this a go, my name is Spenny and have been living with anxiety for about 8 years and its wearing me down!!!!
Looking for advice or any useful tips to combat the stress :)

Im thinking of trying cognitive therapy, its supposed to be a pretty good treatment, dont suppose you have any experience of this??? :blush:
