Just want to say Hi to the forum users here. I won't go into too much detail as I would like to post it in the social anxiety forum (providing I don't delete what I write first :tongue:). I'm just past my mid 20s now and have had depression and anxiety manifesting itself for mostly as far back as I can remember, in much lesser intensity that I currently feel.
