hi ll
im just wondering if anyone thinks anxiety can become part of your routine.
like im not over anxious at going out etc i do get axious more out but ight but every evening i stat feeling strange then about 11-12 everynight i wil get very aggiated with massive palpitations and pains in chest and achng.
and thn i will paic for about 2 minutes.
nthing sems to stop .e changing my night time routine did this last nigt didnt make a difference x
any help would be appreciated

Hi, there is definitely a routine/pattern with my anxiety and it's always worse at night. I have a part-time night job I've been doing for a little while now and I wake up feeling a bit scared, then it dies off a bit, then about midnight I go out the door and wait for my lift to work and without fail I have to fight off a panic attack. Once I get to work it's OK again because I'm busy and have people around me, but on the nights I don't work I'm on my own at that time and I just have to try and fight it off. Wish I could offer some advice hon but I don't have any wisdom to offer! Just try to stay calm when you can feel your anxiety elevating, it will get better. x
