cant sleep!!

hi all feel awful today just couldnt sleep last nite at all , have been sufferin with anxiety for months now am on pregablin which helped a bit at first but just feel like took ten steps back! i feel so abnormal to not be able to sleep! some nites i manage to get a few hours but i get nites like last nite where my mind just wont switch off its torture! does anyone else suffer like this ? i have tried everything but its like im stuck like this :weep:

Hello,Maybe try some lavender and frankincense on your temples and behind ears,it helps me relax,it is worth a try.
