Has the earthquake in NZ effected anyone else? As in anxiety wise I just keep thinking what were going through their head did they just 'know' that day they were going to die.
Then I thought about lefteye from TLC and how she felt in her last days. I asked myself do you think you're going to die soon and of course I told myself yeah (Please tell me you had thoughts like this and lived through it.)
so now I'm right back to square one.
I have had CBT I don't feel it's working much but I tell everyone it is because I feel like that's what they want to hear. :shrug:
I spoke to my mum about it this morning and she didn't comfort me in the slightest. :weep:
