Think it works well for moderate anxiety, taken on an "as needed" basis. Try it, as it doesn't interact with other meds either.

bought it at the chemist for about £5.. so far hasnt done anything for me except taste wreird lol.. having said that many people swear by it.. maybe works for some and not others.
