Regression Hypnotherapy: Experiences please.

hi all.

i have my first session of hypnotherapy with a therapist on tuesday, who will be helping me by my choice of wanting to try regression. (not past life). i am willing to try this to try and help myself move forward with issues that i feel are unresolved. i have explained my entire situation and wishes with the therapist and we have mutually agreed to focus on certain situations.

I would like to here of your experiences, wether good or bad, and what perhaps i can prepare myself for.

Hi.. I suppose you had the session already? How did it go? I went through my own therapy before i working as a hypnotherapist. I was surprised with the issues i remembered during regression. Was good though..
