Does anybody here suffer feeling in a trance daily? Like I sit on the PC and feel like strange, not thinking much just anxiety at the back of my mind like this feeling. Is it another symptom of depersonalization? I can't get my head round not feeling like "me" either feel anxiety has some how swept the old me away and changed me?
I done some self help CD's tonight but this symptom varies in intensity. I can linger and only notice it a bit or I can keep feeling it and worrying and it gets worse and I can't snap out of it..? is it a serious illness? :ohmy:
