sweaty palms?

i have been geating sweaty palms alot coming from know where when i do this does this mean iam getting some type of panic attack?

Hi - I get very sweaty palms too, the skin is constantly flaking on my hands and I think its because they are sweaty so much! Its anxiety more than a panic attack.
