help iam confused

hi sorry for posting again but iam scared of this symptom plz tell me if it anxiety or something more,,,i feel like iam moving but not and sometimes i feel like iam swaying and lightheaded....these scare me bad this is what keeps my anxiety up.
i do have allergies but ent dr doesnt seem to think its the cause
i also need glasses ive always had bad vision since i was a kid now 32 never had these symptoms before...eye dr said it wasnt from eyes..
ughhh iam so confused plz help me understand ive had these symptoms almost 8 month s iam so terrified they wont go away i also have a fear i of getting vertigo i panic to just think of that...thank you any replies would be greatly be appricated

Hi Linda!!!

I have this all the time, sometimes i have it a few days in a row then i don't have it for a few weeks!!
When i first started having it it really scared me, but now i've accepted it as part of my anxiety a dont get it as often.

Its just your anxiety...all the symptoms you described...I've had....you just have to accept thats all it is...and it will get easier to cope with.

Have had it for 25 years and have had to somehow try to live with it
I am still scared but all the doctors just say it is anxiety
