but i dont think i do - i just like my home to be tidy its not even clean well not to me its never clean enough and my husband NEVER cleans it does my head it i never thought it was OCD until the doctor said it!! Would you classify tidyiness as having OCD ??:unsure:

I'm no expert but it can be and sometimes it's not. My ex husband was extremely tidy and could get nasty if he felt my standards of housekeeping were not good enough. He said he felt that his mind was cluttered and he felt uneasy if he had mess around him. He also said that if he had his was he would live with one chair, one plate and one fork because he could not bear anything to invade his space. He needed to have complete control over his environment. I believe he had OCD as got no joy out of cleaning. His mother was much the same.

Guess what I'm getting at is that if leaving a dirty cup makes you upset and angry or you spend hours trying to bring thingsup to an unobtainable standard then, yes, you may have OCD.
