sensitivity in bottom front teeth

I know its sounds wierd, but i get this sensation in my front bottom teeth and kind of tickly feeling, and that tickly feeling goes to chest as well
Anyone else gets this?

Ye i've been getting this, i also get a sensation like my bottom jaw is not attached to the rest of my jaw, i been having it on and off for weeks now so i just put it down to anxiety, although it is uncomfortable.

its horrible feeling, but at least i know its anxiety, i will try to ignore it, hope it will go away
