Roughly 3 weeks ago i was finally discharged from hospital after a 4 week stay with meningitus and enchephalitus. I was already suffering with agoraphobia and anxiety long before so i was very stressed in hospital.
I was so relieved to be home but since then everytime i feel a bit under the weather ect i panic.
I thought at first i was nervous about my MRI scan but ive now had that so it cant be whats causing the anxiety :(
Has anyone else had this following a hospital stay?
