Just want to say hi to everyone and thank god I found this site :)
Im a 34 year old single parent and i've sufferd with anxiety and panick attacks since being 9.I also have bad health anxiety im currently waiting to see a therapist and trying to decide if I should go back on sertraline after a 2 year break. I am just so gratefull to have found this site and found myself in so many posts on here made me feel a bit more normal :) and reassurance that im not alone in this living nightmare thank you everyone
