Hi, I've had a weird pressure in the centre of my chest for about 8 hours now! It started with a strange feeling in my chest that i can't really describe and then it got worse and eventually became like a pressure. it's really scaring me! I'm so hungry but it feels so uncomfortable that I don't want to eat anything!
What could be causing it? And how do I stop it?
I've tried relaxing and I even had an hours nap earlier but it was still there when I woke up!
