When will a doctor refer you to an ENT specialist?

This lightheaded feeling has now been with me for 4 weeks. Doctor last week said anxiety related, but can it last this long normally? The only other thing I can think of is that I suffer from a build up of wax in my ears, I had them syringed the other week, but I was lightheaded before that, and I still am. I had the same thing last year but it eventually went away. I don't want to keep going back to the doctors, but what else can I do?

You can have this light headed feeling for weeks even months its awful, you just have to try and accept it's there and it will eventually lift. :weep: hope you feel better soon:hugs:

Months? Really? Wow..it's so weird, I would love to know how it occurs. Thanks for getting back to me
