Hi Melvin

Unfortunately panic can seem to strike out of nowhere for a lot of us, which can be really frustrating as it's not easy to find a cause. I remember my GP referring to "free floating anxiety" which might also describe what you were feeling. As you haven't had an attack for quite a while, it might be an idea to go back to your doctor and tell him/her what you're worried about, as this might nip it in the bud.

Even I too did suffer with same issues a month back, but I did not see it happenieng to me more than twice and I haven't taken any steps yet.. I advice you to consult a Panic disorder specialist..

Scary when it comes back without warning. If you do feel worried about it, ask your doctor, I'm sure he/she will do or say something to put your mind at ease. I'm new to the forum and hope to find some relief.
