Just joined today, I have suffered with anxiety, panic attacks and depression for a number of years. It started a couple of years ago and I was given AD to help. It did help and i came off them and felt good again for around a year. Then i noticed it starting to creep back again and thought I could handle it. I am now back on the AD and feel worse than ever. :weep: I came across this website by chance and so glad I did
