Monophobia

I was just wondering if anyone gets monophobia? which is "An abnormal fear of being alone".. when im going through a rough patch i become monophobic.. i panic at the thought of being alone in the house.
Mine is because i think i cant cope alone if i have a massive Panic attack.
Ive had few days of being monophobic which i KNOW will pass... so anyone else had this?

I DO. It gets worse when I am going through a bad patch too.
I have to have someone in the house with me even if it's my 9 year old.
I have even had my gran babysitting me when I was really bad and I'm 42!!!!! [:I]

You are right it does pass but its still scareyyyyyyy [}:)]

Oh yes, when ive been REALLy bad ive cried to my mother saying im an adult you shouldnt have to babysit me !
Frustrating isnt it! I got a 13yr old so it does help,she understands.
