Hi,

My name is Mike and I am a 30 years old and suffer with Sever Depression and have been suffering Insomnia for 18 years.

The last 6 months I have been on a medical treatment plan by where I started on Citalopram 20mg and eventually advanced to 40mg and was on Zopiclone 7.5mg for my Insomnia.

I am now on Duloxetine 60mg and Quetiapine 25mg for the Insomnia.

I have been signed off work for a month and I am not allowed to return until Occupational Health say I can return as I work in the NHS.
It is strange as I feel more isolated now :(

Hi, I work in the NHS as well and they are ironically very bad at being supportive in my experience. May just be my managers reaction to my anxiety but it feels like I am a burden even though I spend my time helping others !!
