So as some of you may know I saw my doctor today and it went really really well, he went through the letter with me that work sent him asking for an explanation basically as to why I've been off so much and he asked what he should and shoudn't put and that he just wants to get them to leave me alone.
He also then said that he doesn't want to prescribe me anything stronger because it could effect my driving/work etc so he said the best thing would be to refer me to the mental health team and get me to see someone. Personally I doubt I'll see a psychiatrist but they're all meant to give the same level of care and be able to prescribe the right medications for me so I'm glad.
I'm still dreading going back to work on Friday and I still feel depressed but this has really lifted my spirits that soon something might get sorted or at least get on the right track to being sorted :D
