Health anxiety taking over

Health anxiety is bk and taking over my life. Feel like im excisting hate living like this. Every day in pain with chest, cant stop crying, scared of being alone, used to go out nowadays i stay home. Wanna be the mum i was feel im in a circle and i cant get out

i know the feeling about ha taking over, but you cant let it beat you bev that way its won, im scared all time aswell but i have been out today i have to force myself to do anything but it does help when you do it, thinking about it makes it so much worse and the symptoms get even bigger you will be fine xxx
