I went through a severe episode of HA last year, got over it and been relatively free from panic and got on with life, though have worried quite a bit bet learned to put to the back of my head.
I am now panicking and worrying like mad and feel like I im in a game of snakes and ladders and have fallen to where I was last year. All of a sudden my appetite has gone, I feel sick, keep coughing, getting constant headaches, waking early, worrying from when I wake, drinking cup after cup of tea and cannot sit still. The thoughts that I have liver failure and cirrohsis are constantly and the front of my mind.
