Fear I'm going crazy

I keep fearing that I will lose control and go insane. I keep worrying that i'll hear voices and hallucinate. I keep imagining myself hallucinating scenarios in my head as im speaking to people and i keep worrying that they'll get vivider and I'm scared that I will lose control.

I'm scared because i think that its possible for me to go hallucinate at any moment and it worries me :(

You won't lose your mind, and people who do lose their mind usually don't realise it to be honest, this is a symptom of anxiety, I had it, and it was accompanied by really disturbing thoughts and I've managed to just about get through it.
